Terms of Use
By using this website, you agree to the terms below. They're written to be read, not skimmed past.
Educational information, not personal advice
Everything on this website, including our articles and FAQs, is general education. It isn't legal, tax or investment advice, and it isn't a recommendation for your situation. Every household is different, so please talk with us, and with your attorney or tax professional where appropriate, before making decisions.
What we do and don't do
Omega Insurance & Legacy Planning is a licensed insurance agency offering retirement income, Social Security, estate and insurance planning. We do not provide investment management, portfolio management or investment advisory services. We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice; estate planning documents are drafted by attorneys.
Insurance products
Insurance and annuity products are offered only where we're licensed. Coverage, benefits and guarantees are set by the issuing insurance company, depend on its financial strength and claims-paying ability, and are governed by the policy or contract itself, not by anything on this website.
No guarantees
We work to keep information accurate and current, but rules for Social Security, Medicare, taxes and estates change. We can't guarantee the website is complete or error-free, and we aren't responsible for decisions made from it without talking with us first.
Contacting us through the website
Sending a message through our contact form doesn't create a client relationship or put any coverage in place. Please don't send sensitive details such as Social Security or account numbers through the form.
Content and links
The text, photos and design of this website belong to Omega Insurance & Legacy Planning or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our consent. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience; we don't control and aren't responsible for their content.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. We may update them from time to time; the effective date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Call us at (402) 325-0777.
