Privacy Policy
Your trust matters more to us than anything we could put on a website. Here's what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, the topic you'd like help with, and any message you write.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical details such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit. We don't use this to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use what you send us to respond to your request, schedule a conversation and provide the services you ask about. We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
When we may share information
We share personal information only when it's needed to help you, such as:
- With insurance carriers or the attorneys who prepare estate documents, when you've asked us to move forward with an application or plan.
- With service providers who host our website and store form submissions for us.
- When required by law, regulation or a valid legal request.
Information you share once you become a client is also protected under the privacy rules that apply to licensed insurance agencies.
Cookies and tracking
Our website doesn't use advertising cookies. If we add tools in the future to understand how visitors use the site, we'll update this policy.
How we protect it
Form submissions are sent over a secure, encrypted connection and stored with access limited to our team. No website is perfectly secure, so please don't send Social Security numbers, account numbers or medical details through the contact form. We'll collect that kind of information safely when we meet.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent through our website, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just call us at (402) 325-0777.
Children
Our website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Contact Omega Insurance & Legacy Planning, 300 N 44th Street, Suite 100, Lincoln, NE 68503, or call (402) 325-0777.
