Ryan joined Omega Insurance Group in 2018 after a long career in business to business sales. After college, Ryan was a personal trainer and although fitness to this day is important to him, it wasn’t his passion. Ryan realized that he enjoyed working with people and thought sales would be a good fit. In 2003 Ryan joined the Berry Company where he worked with business owners on marketing strategies to grow their business.  After 9 years, Ryan was asked to join Windstream communications where he would oversee and develop top revenue accounts. Ryan was a recipient of the Elite award given to the top producers in the company for his hard work and dedication in helping his clients achieve maximum results

Ryan grew up in Columbus, NE and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and moved to Lincoln shortly thereafter.  Ryan met his wife Shari in Lincoln and have 2 boys.  Ryan is a family man first, but when time allows will get in a round of golf or take the boys hunting.
